| Description
and Applications |
| Abratech
60 is a basic coated electrode designed to provide extra hard |
| deposits
resistant to abrasion of very hard particles. It can be applied on |
| buffer
layers not more than three passes lateral cracks on the bead does |
| not
create problem. Heat treatable steels should be preheated up to |
| 300ºC
before depositing buffer layers. The deposit, because of its high
Cr |
| Nb,
Mo, W, V content, is corrosion resistant and protect its hardness
up to |
| 650ºC. |
| Applied
on earth moving and rock crushing machineries, screw extruders, |
| screw
conveyors, worn parts dust blowers, parts used in cement and |
| ceramics
and tile industry and road construction and mining equipment |
| subjected
to abrasion of small particles. |
