| Description
and Applications |
| Rutile
coated austenitic electrode with low carbon stainless steel core wire, |
| for
welding austenitic stainless steels to unalloyed or low alloy steels,
high |
| cracking
resistance of the weld metal due to the increased ferrite content. |
| Also
it is recommended for buffer layers on unalloyed steels prior to |
| joining
to austenitic grades. |
| Distinguished
by its outstanding welding characteristics such as excellent |
|
out of position weldability, good striking and restriking properties,
stable |
| arc
and no spattering, easy slag removal without residues, homogenous |
| and
smooth bead resistant to inter granular corrosion up to 400º C. |
