| Description |
| Arctech
Blackjet is a heavily coated electrode which specially designed for |
| cutting,
gouging and removing of defective welds and metal deposits on |
| ferrous and non metal
plates. It is easy to use and it gives clean cutting |
| and gouging surfaces
without the need of grinding. |
| This electrode should
be positioned perpendicular to the workpiece for arc |
| starting
and then leaned 15º and pulled forward. |

| Applications |
| It
can be used for cutting and gouging on various types of unalloyed
and |
| low
alloyed steels, Cr-Ni alloyed and Cr-Ni-Mo alloyed stainless steels,
cast |
| steels,
cast irons, and non ferrous metals which the oxy-fuel cutting. |
| methods
are not applicable. |
| This
coated electrode has very good cutting and gouging characteristics
in |
| all
positions and is easy to re-strike. |
