investments and started submerged arc welding wire production
in 1998,
submerged arc welding flux production as of early 1999, and welding
machines production it is new 2000 m² factory as
of the second half of 1999. For this purpose, Arctech as always,
has utilized the latest technology and expertise in
Turkey.
The latest technology has been utilized in Arctech's testing equipment
and Research and Development are always at the
top of Arctech is also engaged in training activities as a commitment
to its investment in human resources and education.
The demand for Arctech products from industrialized countries
such as England, Germany, America, Canada and Sweden is an
indication of the confidence in the high quality standards set
by the Turkish industry.
Furthermore, trade agreements have been undertaken with Greece,
Egypt, UAE, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Indonesia
Taiwan, South Africa and Zambia and shipments are being made to
these countries as well. This clearly shows that the Arctech
brand made name has gained international recognition.
Arctech also takes pride in its R & D and training activities,
both of which are comer stones of Arctech's corporate
culture. The latest technology has been used in setting up Arctech's
on-sight laboratory. The most modern X-Ray
spectrometer, metallography, laboratory, computer controlled universal
elongation machine, modern chemistry equipment,
specially designed experimentation presses are all distinguishing
elements of Arctech's technical superiority.
Hence, Arctech is now in a position to transfer its technology
and know-how to other welding sector investors. Arctech gives
