| Hardtech
250 is a basic coated electrode designed to provide low |
| hydrogen
medium hard and tough deposits on mild and low alloyed steels |
| subjected
to medium impacting and compression and metal to metal |
| friction
wear. It is recommended also for joining parts subjected to heavy |
| solicitations,
weld metal, highly resistant to cracking, is easily machinable. |
| Applied
under inclined angle of 20ºC max, on rail and heavy crushing |
| equipments,
power shovels gear wheels, shafts, couplings, tractor parts |
| and
elbows, valves and swivels of the certain pipe circuits. |
| Hardness
of the deposit depends on the number of passes and cooling |
| conditions. |
