 Description and Applications
Heavily coated iron powder rutile high efficiency electrode giving about
160% metal recovery with extraordinarily weldability in flat position. It is
distinguished with excellent smooth arc, very little spatter, easy slag
removal, good deposition rate, good bead appearance free of undercut,
excellent striking and restriking properties. Economical for multi pass
 welding of heavy sections.
Recommended for single and multi pass welding of structural steels St 37,
St 44, St 52 pressure vessel steels HI, HII, 17Mn4, 19Mn5, normalized fine
grained steels StE 255, ship steels grade from A to D.
