 Description and Applications
 Heavily coated general purpose rutile electrode for joining low carbon
 structural steels, low alloyed pressure vessel steels, pipe steels, and A to
 D grade ship steels and cast steels. 
 It is distinguished with excellent stability, sof arc with minimum spatter
 in all positions except vertical down, easy striking and restriking.
